Cimarron Pepper Mole
Preparation
Step 1: Wash the meat thoroughly.
Step 2: Cook the meat with a ¼ of onion and a clove of garlic.
Step 3: Devein the dried chiles.
Step 4: Cut the peppers in small pieces.
Step 5: It is put to fry the butter in a pan, to fry the rest of the ingredients.
Step 6: Once cooked the meat and fried all the ingredients, they are liquefied with the remaining broth of the meat.
Step 7: Fry the paste of the ingredients that were ground and fry to make it thick and add the meat and salt to taste.
