Red bell pepper jam

Preparation
Step 1: Wash and chop the bell bell pepper into small pieces.
Step 2: Let it serenade the chopped red bell pepper for 5 minutes.
Step 3: You must brown very lightly the pieces of bell bell pepper, then put it in the pot or casserole that you consider.
Step 4: Now it is necessary to add the remaining ingredients to the water, the cinnamon, the vinegar and the sugar. It should be put on low heat and be stirring a lot until we see that it is caramelizing.
Step 5: Remove from heat until you feel that the red bell pepper is already very soft.
Step 6: Let stand for 15 to 25 min. until you see the delicious jam.
