Pork stew with Cimarron peppers

Preparation
Step 1: In an earthenware casserole put lard to use as oil.
Step 2: Chop the meat into small pieces and put in the pan, wait for it to brown and add the zucchini, corn and bell bell pepper.
Step 3: Prepare the recaudo, adding roasted tomato, onion, garlic, salt to taste and seasoning.
Step 4: Add the recaudo to the casserole and wait for it to boil.
Step 5: Serve with corn tortilla.
