Step 1: Start by chopping the carrot and potato into cubes.

Step 2: Place in a pan with boiling water and add the peas to cook with a little salt to taste.

Step 3: In another pan fry the onion, then place the meat to fry too, for about 15 minutes.

Step 4: The other ingredients are put together after they are cooked, while the top of the bell pepper is cut in the shape of a lid and the bell pepper is washed so that it remains as a container.

Step 5: Once the stew is ready, fill the bell pepper and put it in a baking dish for 7 minutes at 170º and finally take it out to serve.
