Beef slices in bell peppers
Preparation
Step 1: Marinate in a bowl with a little salt, Worcestershire sauce and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 2: In the meantime, wash the vegetables, chop them and cook them in medium heat.
Step 3: Heat oil in a hot frying pan, seal the beef fajitas and set aside near the stove to keep warm.
Step 4: While the vegetables are drained, to season them, add salt and pepper to taste and let them simmer. Then add a little chicken broth and a few minutes before adding the bell peppers previously cut into julienne strips and leave for a few more minutes so that they are soft.
Preparation for the sauce:
Step 1: Wash the peppers and remove them in a frying pan.
Step 2: In a frying pan is put to heat oil and this is put garlic and onion until golden brown are removed, then they are browning the peppers without burning, finishing browning all put 2 or 3 tomatoes, depending on how spicy you want, along with 13 green tomatoes and when the ingredients are ready the ingredients are passed to the blender to grind and add salt to taste.
Step 3: Serve with white rice and sauce to taste.
