Strips of chicken breast with bell bell pepper
Preparation
Step 1: Before starting the recipe, wash the vegetables with water and soap.
Step 2: We put in a pan over low heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil and a chicken seasoning, the breast is cut into strips, before adding it to the pan, it must be previously seasoned with black pepper, salt and maggi game.
Step 3: Once the breast is fried add the following ingredients, carrot, celery, potato, chayote, onion and wait for 15 min.
Step 4: After 15 minutes, add the missing ingredients; broccoli, jicama and bell bell pepper and leave it for 10 minutes.
Step 5: At the end add the mushrooms, walnuts, peanuts and a few drops of maggi juice, leave it for another minute on low heat and ready.
Step 6: It is recommended to accompany with other options such as spaghetti or rice.
